How do I know my partner’s ring size?

We recommend coming in with your partner to the boutique to ensure our experienced sales team can measure the size correctly. In the event that you are unable to and would like the element of surprise, first sizing is complimentary* within the first three months of purchase date or proposal.

Do I need to book an appointment?

We welcome walk-ins, however if you would like to book an appointment visit here.

Our opening hours are*:
Monday – Thursday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
*Subject to change during public holidays.

Please note, we are closed Good Friday, Anzac Day and Christmas Day.

 

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa or American Express. We also have a 3 month in-store layby option available or ZipMoney up to 24 months interest free. Please contact us for further information on our layby and ZipMoney options.


How long do repairs take?

All of our jewellery repairs are done in-house and take 1-2 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the repair, if more time is required, the workshop will inform you prior to starting. Our workshop will contact you once it is ready for collection.

 

How do I care for my jewellery?

All fine jewellery must be worn with care. Please refer to our care guide for information to ensure your jewellery remains in top condition for many years to come.

Do you offer care plans?

Yes, our Stefan Diamonds care plan makes it very easy for you to maintain your jewellery so that it looks its best at all times. Services included are: unlimited cleaning, polishing (once every 12 months), rhodium plating of white gold (once every 12 months), resetting and tightening of stones, resizing, re-tipping of claws, chain and bracelet soldering, free valuation certificate, free updating of valuation price.

Our professional Care Plan is available to purchase and is based on your RRP.

Do I receive a valuation?

All Stefan Diamonds jewellery over $2,000 comes with a valuation for insurance purposes. This can be used to insure your jewellery against loss, theft, or damage through your choice of insurance company. Your valuation may be available upon collection otherwise it will be posted to your address after sales.


What insurance company do you recommend?

We highly recommend Q Report. Q Report specialises in jewellery insurance and provides cover for both inside and outside your home. You will be insured for damage, theft or even loss. It is an agreed value policy with many more features and benefits, including the ability to return to us as your preferred jeweller for replacement or repair.

What is your refund policy?

Stefan Diamonds are unable to provide a refund for a purchase due to a change of mind or incorrect selection. Refunds can only be requested if an item is faulty, or the specifications do not match the description on our website.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt of the item if it is not suited to you or you have simply changed your mind. This can be done by either emailing mydiamonds@stefandiamonds.com, or visiting our showroom at 731 Hay Street, Perth.
