In-Store Purchase
Stefan Diamonds does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. Refunds are only available where an item is faulty or does not match the specifications described on our website. Exchanges may be arranged within 7 days of receiving your item if it is unsuitable or you have changed your mind. To organise an exchange, email mydiamonds@stefandiamonds.com or visit our showroom at 731 Hay Street, Perth. Returned items must be in original condition — unused, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, receipt, valuation, and diamond certificate/s. Special orders, resized items, or items altered at the purchaser’s request cannot be returned. Stefan Diamonds is not responsible for items altered by a third party, and no exchange or credit will be provided in these cases.
If returning an item by post, shipping costs are the sender’s responsibility. Please retain tracking details and receipts, as Stefan Diamonds is not responsible for items lost in transit. All refund requests are subject to workshop assessment to confirm eligibility. Where an item is unsuitable or you have changed your mind, a credit note for the purchase amount may be offered. Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be used online or in store. Once your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take several days to appear in your account.
Online Purchase
Stefan Diamonds may, at its discretion, accept items for exchange or credit note within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is returned with the original receipt and packaging. Items must be unworn and pass an in-store jeweller’s assessment. Only jewellery purchased directly from Stefan Diamonds is eligible for return or exchange. Special orders, resized items, or items altered at the purchaser’s request cannot be returned. If you received an item as a gift and wish to exchange it, please contact our store within 10 days and provide verification details.
