Refund Policy

Stefan Diamonds are unable to provide a refund for a purchase due to a change of mind or incorrect selection. Refunds can only be requested if an item is faulty, or the specifications do not match the description on our website.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt of the item if it is not suited to you or you have simply changed your mind. This can be done by either emailing mydiamonds@stefandiamonds.com, or visiting our showroom at 731 Hay Street, Perth.

If items are posted back to Stefan Diamonds, please retain copies and receipts of your shipping method for tracking, as Stefan Diamonds cannot be held responsible for the loss of the item in transit. If a refund is sought, our workshop will assess the item to determine if it meets the criteria for a refund as outlined above.

The item must be returned in its original condition - unused and unaltered, with its original packaging, receipt, valuation and diamond certificate/s. Any special orders or items that have been sized or altered at the purchaser’s request cannot be returned. Stefan Diamonds do not take any responsibility for any items that have been altered by a third party and an exchange or credit will not be given.

A credit note for the sale amount may be offered if the item is not suited to you or you have simply changed your mind. It can be used for future online or in-store purchases and has an expiry date of one year.

We endeavour to process all returns as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email once we have received the item. If a refund has been approved, the amount will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase. Card refunds may take a few days to show in your account.
