    Stefan Diamonds offer FREE shipping on all orders in Australia.

    A tracking number will be provided to the email address on the order so the item can be tracked at any time. Orders will be dispatched once the payment has been received (this can take up to three business days). Stefan Diamonds cannot accept responsibility for any delay in transit on behalf of the freight provider.

    INTERNATIONAL

    A flat fee of $25.00 AUD is added to the purchase for items being posted outside Australia.

    All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes but please note that they do not include any overseas custom duties or taxes.  We recommend you refer to your local customs office for fees that may be applicable to you.

    Yes, we offer financing options for purchases of $1,000 or more, Including up to 24 months of interest-free. This is subject to approval and credit check. Chat to us in person about suitable options available for you. 

    All Stefan Diamonds jewellery over $2,000 comes with a valuation for insurance purposes. This can be used to insure your jewellery against loss, theft, or damage through your choice of insurance company. Your valuation may be available upon collection otherwise it will be posted to your address after sales.

    We highly recommend Q Report, specialists in jewellery insurance for both inside and outside your home. You will be insured for damage, theft or even loss. It is an agreed value policy with many more features and benefits, including the ability to return to us as your preferred jeweller for replacement or repair.
